Ralph Roina Ralph was inspired by his sister Thea over 15 years ago to attend cosmetology school. "Ever since I have been working hard to bring the best to our deserving clientele. A deep love for the industry has brought me to many inspirational cities such as New York, London, Los Angeles, Miami, Stockholm, Berlin and Paris.
Styling hair has and continues to be a blessing for me. I am very fortunate to have found a career and industry that after so many years consistently inspires me and keeps me wanting more. I hope to have the opportunity to share that with you in our salon."
Thea Tsiranides A master colorist for 18 years, Thea has trained internationally with the finest in the industry, Goldwell, Vidal Sassoon, L'Oreal, Well and Toni and Guy.

Jeanine McPadden/Senior Colorist and Make-Up Artist Jeanine received her cosmetology license from Platt R.V.T.S. She is a certified master colorist with L'oréal, Wella and The American Board of Haircolorists. Jeanine, throughout her 10 years of experience in the industry, has consistently fueled her passion for color through intensive education. She is dedicated to staying informed of the latest trends in the hair and fashion world. Jeanine is a senior colorist and make-up artist at Salon 126. She also specializes in up-styling for weddings and occassions. She adores having the opportunity every day to make her clients beautiful and happy. Jeanine's keen eye for detail and love of make-up artistry have allowed her to showcase her talents in movies and editorial.
Wil Vitali/Senior Stylist and Make-up Artist Wil received his degree in cosmetology from Renasci Hair Academy in Norwalk, CT, and his make-up artist certification from Il Makiage cosmetic school in New York City. He was fortunate to develop his exceptional skills during further study at Vidal Sassoon and Wella. Wil originally started in this industry as a make-up artist until he discovered his skills as a stylist were exceptional as well. Wil has over 10 years of hair cutting, styling and make-up artistry experience. He also holds a certification in the La-Brasiliana Keratin Treatment. Wil is a senior stylist and make-up artist at Salon 126.
Dalene Burden/Junior Stylist Dalene received her cosmetology degree from Renasci Hair Academy in Milford, CT. Soon after graduating, she began a 3 year apprenticeship during which she was able to get a true taste of the salon industry and work side by side with some of Connecticut's best stylists. Dalene studied the John Sahag dry cutting technique and razor cutting, and attended numerous Wella classes on cutting and coloring. She received extensive training at the world famous Bumble & Bumble salon in Manahattan, all while staying abreast of the latest hair styles and trends. Dalene has recently joined the Salon 126 team as a junior stylist. She holds a certification in the La-Brasiliana Keratin Treatment. Dalene continues to attend Wella, Goldwell and L'oréal classes and aspires to move up to a senior level stylist in the future.
Angelica Heiskill/Junior Colorist Angelica received her cosmetology license from Sono Academy in Norwalk, CT. She was hugely inspired by Sono Academy owner Thea Tsiranides & Teacher Heather Kelly. It was in attendance at Sono Academy that her enthusiasm and love for the business were apparent. Color application and formulating came very naturally. She holds additional certification in the La-Brasiliana Keratin Treatment and Bio-Ionic Straightening.
